Luminescence(2023)
The original version of the work was done in the reverse position of the color. After drawing the elements and working out the clarity of all the lines (thin and fragile), I created a smooth feathering of the shadows, moving away from the darkened areas near the edges of the final forms. It seems that all the elements are in perfect harmony with each other.
I decided to experiment with inversion and got quite an interesting result. The shadows turned into a beautiful glow, the entire content of the work was transformed into a negative effect.
Tools: soft brush, blending stumps, pencil, medium-textured soft paper with silky finish.
